Experience the artistry and energy of the next generation of chamber musicians as the Stringwood Young Artists present an evening of masterworks from the chamber music repertoire. The program features the lyrical charm of Frank Bridge's Miniatures for Piano Trio, selections from Antonín Dvořák's beloved "American" String Quartet, and movements from Franz Schubert's dramatic Death and the Maiden Quartet. The concert concludes with Maurice Ravel's radiant and virtuosic String Quartet in F Major, one of the masterpieces of the French chamber music tradition.

The evening also features a special appearance by the Koa String Quartet, Stringwood's Fellowship Quartet, showcasing the artistry of emerging professional musicians in residence at the festival.

Bow, Strings and Contentment (BSC) String Quartet will perform a sampling of quartet literature composed in different musical periods.  The program will include favorites from the Classical, Romantic and 20th Century eras, and will end with a light jazzy piece.
